Agreement

By hiring Fynze or using our services, you agree to these terms. Simple as that.

Our Services

Fynze provides brand identity, UI/UX design, web design, strategy, and creative services. Every project is scoped individually - what's included will be clearly outlined in your project proposal before we begin.

Payment

• A 50% deposit is required before any work begins
  
  

• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion
  
  

• Payments are non-refundable once work has started
  
  

• Late payments may pause project delivery

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately. We'll always let you know before charging extra.

Timelines

We commit to every deadline we agree on. Delays caused by late client feedback or approvals may affect the final delivery date. We'll always keep you in the loop.

Ownership & Rights

Once full payment is received, all final deliverables belong to you. Fynze retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

If you cancel a project midway, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Fynze is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Any major changes will be communicated directly to active clients.
